It is the mission of the San Marcos Professional Fire Fighters Association to continually develop and maintain a safe, wholesome, professional work place where members can better serve the citizens of San Marcos.  The safety of our members shall be the utmost concern when working with the Fire Department Administration to develop policies, procedures, and response guidelines.   Our professionalism will be maintained at the highest level while being displayed to the public through our daily interactions.
